St Anthony's on the Creek Wedding Photographer | Megan + Matt

Though we have photographed more than one wedding at St Anthony's on the Creek, each one has been so different because of each couple's different style and personality. Megan and Matt took inspiration from soft colors, chandeliers, lace and pearls to create a classy and vintage backdrop to their wedding celebration. Megan was radiant in her lace dress, cathedral veil and pearls, while the wedding party looked great in their floor-length purple gowns and grey tuxes.

The whole family got involved to make this day a success. Megan's uncle officiated while her cousin and niece filled the roles of flower girl. This resourceful bride customized her wedding as she saved money by working with her aunt and mother to handmake invitations, centerpieces and other fun details.

Megan, her mom, and her aunt created all the beautiful table settings from garage sales finds and treasures from Grandma's storage. Each one was unique and beautifully done.

We always love to hear the stories behind how each couple find each other. Megan and Matt were high school sweet hearts who started dating their Junior year. After dating throughout their college careers at the U of A, Matt popped the question two days before Christmas of 2011. Sixteen months later, on April 27th, they were happily united at St Anthony's on the Creek. What a sweet story!

Congratulations, Megan and Matt! We wish you all the best as you continue your love story.
