Today we are sharing a vividly colorful wedding at the new beautiful Hunt Chapel, in Rogers! They reception was held at The Cypress Barn! Nicole and Alex were married on a rainy October day, but we managed to capture some spectacular moments once then rain subsided! The couple wanted a natural and casual atmosphere with a mix of elegant and country combined. During the ceremony the couple opted for a new tradition, instead of a unity candle, the couple each signed a new family bible with their last name engraved on it! Nicole loves all things color, so her bouquet was a burst of color with green sunflowers, plum and coral calla lilies with lots of red and other green mixed in. The whole wedding was truly a family event, with many members of the uniting families helping to create everything DIY from decor to party favors! Despite the rain the day was filled with love and laughter for this couple, and when the rain stopped, a rainbow finished off the day with a magical touch!
We loved Nicole’s bouquet that reflected her love of color, featuring green sunflowers, plum and coral calla lilies!
The rainy day made for a spectacular sunset on the special day!
The chandeliers that hung from the barn added a touch of elegance while still keeping it country and rustic!
A very important detail for Nicole and Alex was the memory table filled with photos of relatives that had passed on.
Homemade “Spread the Love” Jam was made by Alex’s mom and aunt!
Sparklers and fireworks were the finale to the day!
