We had a great start to our Monday morning when we saw our very own boudoir photo featured on the weddings section of huffingtonpost.com as part of a collection of tasteful boudoir photography. You should take a look at the whole post! You can also see more from the original boudoir session here. It is definitely one of our favorites.
Getting these great engagement photos of Ashley and Jon was fun fun fun! We visited Crystal Bridges Trail, one of my favorite locations for engagement photography.
Ashley’s mom also came along for the shoot. She is super kind and helpful and we loved that she could make it! Another helper was Ashley and Jon’s dog, Auto. He is one of three dogs in the family and an excellent model!
Ashley will exchange vows with Jon this November at Pratt Place. We are thrilled for them and are very much looking forward to celebrating with them there.
Get ready, friends. You are about to witness some real DIY wedding magic!
Molly and Scott were married at the home of the bride’s grandparents in Rogers Arkansas. The property is beautiful and green with an amazing view of the lake. We’re not surprised that it’s one of Molly’s favorite places on Earth.
Inspired by sun-filled days at the park and focussed around family from start to finish, each member took part in making the day such a success.
Just a few examples of the collaboration that took place would be how the bride’s veil originally belonged to her sister-in-law, Molly’s Uncle directed parking and her sister managed the guest book. Grandma and Grandpa were responsible for homemade ice cream and pie and used the classic cake topper from their own wedding day. Delicious!
When all the preparations were completed, Molly and Scott had a fun and relaxing time celebrating, playing yard games and dancing with their friends and family. Congratulations, you two!
Neighbors made sure drinks were ready while everyone else was enjoying the ceremony. The amazing silverware holders were a custom creation of Scott’s mother.
Molly and Scott are both originally from Texas but chose to serve up some of their favorite microbrews from their current home in Colorado.
