Emily and Beau were married at Crystal Bridges Museum this summer. When it came to wedding planning, Emily knew that she didn’t want a trendy wedding; she wanted one that was timeless and romantic. What better place for a timeless and natural wedding then Crystal Bridges! Emily and Beau had their ceremony on the South Lawn and their reception in the Great Hall overlooking the beautiful water and surrounding Ozark. The couple chose light, airy colors such as baby blue, navy, and peach and incorporated as much greenery as they could to help reflect the organic feel of the venue. Flora worked with Emily to create beautiful centerpieces and ceremony decorations composed almost entirely of simple greenery.
Emily and Beau added several personal touches to help make their day their own. They had personalized menus, signs, and table charts that matched their wedding invitations. They also had a candy bar featuring family favorites such as caramels from her Aunt and Uncle's caramel company! Instead of using sparklers or bubbles for their farewell, Emily found handmade wedding wands with ribbons for their guests to wave during their exit.
Even though the bride was slightly late in getting to Crystal Bridges, the day went off without a hitch! Emily and Beau had an amazing day and they couldn’t have chosen a better venue for their wedding! Congratulations you two! Here’s to a lifetime of love and happiness!
